How can I return an order/item?Updated a month ago

You have 14 days from receiving your order to register your return, with any items being returned sent back within 28 days. 

We only accept items for return as long as they remain unopened and unused. We cannot accept items that have been opened or where the safe tape/seal is not fully intact. All return orders are inspected before a refund is approved.
