Inish Pharmacy does not offer exchanges. However, you may be eligible for a refund if your item meets our refund guidelines.
Check eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within the stated returns window. (Reported within 14days from receiving the order)
- Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging with all seals/tags intact
- Keep your proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or payment record).
- Review exclusions: For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned: prescription medicines, most over-the-counter medicines, refrigerated/perishable goods, opened cosmetics or medical devices, pierced jewellery, personalised/special orders and gift cards -unless required by consumer law.
- Request a refund In-store: Bring the item and proof of purchase to any Inish Pharmacy location.
- Online order: Contact Inish Pharmacy customer care with your order number to arrange a return. (For change-of-mind returns, postage is your responsibility)
- Item inspection: Our team will check the condition and eligibility of your return. If approved, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method. (Refunds may take a few business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.)
- Faulty or damaged goods If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us immediately with details and/or photos.
