29th August 2025: Tariffs on orders to USA valued over €85/$100
- The recipient customer in the USA must pay the taxes before the item can be delivered.
- An Post International Logistics Partner will contact the USA recipient and request payment of taxes, along with an administration fee.
- A time frame of 5 calendar days applies for the customer to pay.
- Once paid, the parcel will be delivered to the USA. If not paid, the item will be returned to the sending customer.
Medicines - Orders containing medicines can only be delivered to addresses in Ireland.
*Please note that all international orders are subject to review prior to dispatch. If your order contains liquids or aerosols, we reserve the right to charge a surcharge for this delivery or cancel if the chosen carrier will not accept aerosols or liquids in their packages. We will always contact you first in these instances.
International orders are subject to increased pricing on a sliding scale depending on the total shipping weight of your order and the destination. The price of shipping will be calculated at checkout.
