What should I do if my order has not arrived?Updated 14 days ago
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please follow these steps:
Check your confirmation email
- Make sure your order was successfully placed and paid for.
- Confirm that your delivery address details are correct.
Track your parcel
- Use the tracking link provided in your dispatch email to see the latest delivery updates.
- Sometimes delays occur with the courier that are outside our control (Road traffic delays)
Check for delivery notices
- Look out for a “missed delivery” card or tracking update.
- Your parcel may have been left in a safe place, with a neighbour, or taken to a local depot/collection point.
Allow for extra time
- During busy periods (e.g. Christmas, bank holidays, or adverse weather), deliveries may take a little longer than usual.
