What should I do if my order has not arrived?Updated 3 months ago

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please follow these steps: 

Check your confirmation email 

  • Make sure your order was successfully placed and paid for. 
  • Confirm that your delivery address details are correct. 

Track your parcel 

  • Use the tracking link provided in your dispatch email to see the latest delivery updates. 
  • Sometimes delays occur with the courier that are outside our control (Road traffic delays)

Check for delivery notices 

  • Look out for a “missed delivery” card or tracking update.
  • Your parcel may have been left in a safe place, with a neighbour, or taken to a local depot/collection point. 

Allow for extra time 

  • During busy periods (e.g. Christmas, bank holidays, or adverse weather), deliveries may take a little longer than usual. 

Contact us

  • If your parcel is still missing after following the steps above, please get in touch with Inish Pharmacy customer care. 
  • Provide your order number so we can investigate quickly with the courier.
